School Advisory and Accountability Committee (SAAC)
The next SAAC meeting is Tuesday, Jan. 8, 7 PM, in the LHS library.
SAAC exists to promote the open exchange of ideas and advice between the school administration and any involved citizens interested in Loveland High School.
This specifically includes students and parents but also siblings, grandparents, extended family, and any interested persons.
SAAC meets each month on the first Tuesday at 7PM in the LHS library.
Meetings are open to all and are planned for a 1.5 hour duration. The school principal is most supportive of this forum and this committee. Mr. Ball, as well as selected teachers, attend all meetings. SAAC meetings will be announced on the LHS website and both agendas and minutes will also be provided.
Lew Welzel is the current SAAC chairperson for the 2012-13 school year.
“As chairperson, my first and foremost goal is to ensure a welcoming/ open environment for anyone to express their opinions about LHS. Our committee works hard to provide a connection to the school administration with professional advice and coordination.
