Books	2 weeks	$.05 per day after due date
Books on CD or on tape	2 weeks	$1.00 per day after due date
Magazines	3 days	$1.00 per day after due date
Reference books	1 day	$1.00 per day after due date
Video and Digital Cameras	1 period	$5.00 per period

You may renew any book that hasn't been reserved for someone else.
Any overdue materials need to be returned before checking out other materials.
Students with fines amounting to$1or more won't be able to check out materials until the fines are paid.

Note: Students who want us to dub their tape to VHS need to bring a tape within 3 days.
If the student has not yet returned the digital tape we will assess a fine of the cost of replacing the tape.

Computer Acceptable Use Policy:

When you turn in a signed AUP, you will be assigned a username and a password.
Your username and password will not change while you are here at LHS.
You may get your username and password from anyone in the Tech Office (located in the library) or from any of the media staff.
Do not share your password with anyone.

Within our school the guidelines for computer use are:

Don't vandalize our equipment.	No food or drink in labs or Media Center. This includes water.
Save your documents to your LAN account or to a floppy or flash drive.	No games or non-educational use
No chat rooms	No personal email or instant messaging
No personal website maintenance	No purchasing or window shopping
No downloading music	No visiting inappropriate sites*

Before you leave the computer, please log out!
Failure to log out allows anyone to read or change anything you have saved on your account.
