Kitchen
The LHS kitchen is managed by Amy Johnson who has been here for 6 years. Her staff includes Marcia Kittel, Debbi Kirkpatrick, Sharon Nardelo, and Anne Herbst. Their day starts at 5:15 a.m. and they prepare about 140 meals for LHS and 600 meals for Namaqua, Lincoln and Van Buren elementary schools.
Breakfast is served from 7 a.m. to 11 a.m.
The Wig Wam is open 10 a.m. through lunch time to serve breakfast and snacks.
Some popular Wig Wam fare includes sliced pizza and the colossal cheeseburgers.
Lunch is served at 10:57. The kitchen always offers fresh fruit, chef salads, hamburgers, 2-3 different entrees, and some fast food items. Most LHS students take advantage of the ala carte offerings.
There is a remote station in the seating area of the cafeteria, offering standard lunches and all ala carte items. The remote station is cash only.

Extra meal: $2.45

Extra meal: $3.60
For adults:
- Breakfast: $1.95 without milk. $2.45 with milk
- Lunch: $3.10 without milk, $3.60 with milk
