German Honor Society
German Honor Society recognizes high achievement in German by students of secondary
schools and promotes continuity of interest in Germanic studies. Members will be notified
of special scholarship opportunities and how to apply for them.

When do they meet?: Once a year for initiation and as announced.
Where do they meet?: Room 106/Theatre.
Prerequisites: Students should have a 3.6 GPA in German for three semesters and maintain a 3.0 GPA overall. Students should be self-motivated and risk-takers in the language and be open to other cultures and ideas. Students should have a positive and respectful attitude and complete all tasks and assignments.
Cost: One-time membership dues of $6.
