SPRING ATHLETIC SEASON

1ST DAY OF OFFICIAL PRACTICE:
Registration Opens: February 1, 2010
Attention Spring Athletes: The Athletic Office is now taking registrations for spring sports. If you plan to play Baseball, Girls Golf, Girls Soccer, Girls Tennis, Boys Swimming and Diving or Track, There is paperwork to fill out even if you participated in a fall or winter sport. The District Boys and Girls Lacrosse teams are offered through Thompson Valley HS and they are currently taking registrations as well. Stop by the Athletic Office if you have any questions.
Checklist for Athletic Clearance:
1. Athletic Packet (Available at the Athletic Office or download from this site) - this includes:
Physical signed and dated by a provider certified to perform sports physicals Parent permission to play sports Training rules signed by BOTH parent and athlete
2. Emergency card - Available at the Athletic Office
3. Athletic Fee - $125.00 per sport ($325.00 family limit per year).
4. All school fines paid - no clearance card will be issued to a student with outstanding fines.
Note: If an athlete participated in a winter sport, only a new emergency card and athletic fee is required as long as their physical has not expired.
