He spent most of his life in Minnesota before teaching math in Florida for two years and moving to Colorado. I have been a math teacher with LHS since 2003. I teach Algebra 1, IB Prep Geometry and Algebra 2. I also sponsor the school Chess Club. I love being at Loveland High where we have so many great students and teachers! In my spare time I enjoy reading and walking. This is my eighth year of teaching and fifth year at LHS. I graduated from the University of California Santa Cruz in 2002 majoring in Information Systems Management. I moved to Colorado in 2004 to pursue a career in teaching. My hobbies include snow boarding, taking naps, riding bikes and hanging out on a tube in the river during the summer. Education: B.S. in Mechanical Engineering from University of Cincinnati Bio: Prior to teaching, Mr. Schwieterman owned an automotive repair shop and worked for GROB, a German automotive company. He grew up in Ohio but loves Colorado. He lives with his wife Shannon and two kids: Addi and Harris. He enjoys BBQ, chocolate, hiking, and fixing things.
